Hi, I'm Petric, founder of Wax & Wacky.
Some people remember moments through photographs.
I've always remembered them through fragrance.
One familiar scent can transport us years into the past—to a childhood kitchen, a favorite vacation, a walk through the woods after rain, or a quiet evening surrounded by the people we love.
Those moments inspired the beginning of Wax & Wacky.
Not just to make candles…
…but to create experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and fill their homes with memories worth holding onto.
Where it all began
When I was young, life changed unexpectedly.
During a difficult time, the familiar scents of home became an anchor.
The smell of the forest after a summer rain.
Fresh coffee brewing in the morning.
Pipe tobacco lingering while family gathered around a chessboard.
Those fragrances became more than smells.
They became comfort.
Years later, I realized fragrance has an incredible ability to bring people back to the moments that matter most.
That realization became Wax & Wacky.
